The Alignable Alliance Program strives to unite entrepreneurial-minded businesses in their local communities and create a supportive network where business owners can confidently share their skills, experiences, and ideas for mutual growth.

Connecting with other businesses in person is actively encouraged to allow for the widespread exchange of referrals and information, contributing to better personal and professional growth within the small business community. As an Ambassador, you are in a leadership role to nurture and support the group. By facilitating in-person and online events that allow business owners to connect, Ambassadors can increase their visibility and boost their network, leading to more referral partners and increased opportunities for personal growth.

The Alignable Ambassadors Code of Conduct provides a set of ethical principles that promote positive behavior among all Ambassadors. This Code serves as a framework for inspiring nurtured and supportive behaviors within our community and a means to identify and address any possible violations that may occur.

1. Conduct as an Ambassador

Standards of conduct are intended to allow all Alignable Alliance Ambassadors to work together with respect for one another, our communities, and the Alliance members we serve and accept responsibility for our decisions.

1. Engage in building a local network of like-minded individuals to promote and support the aims of the Alignable Alliance and its members by use of the Alignable platform.
2. Create an environment that focuses on genuine and authentic relationship building vs. promoting economic self-interest.
3. Post, moderate, and engage with members of the Alignable Alliance group on an ongoing basis.
4. Professionally conduct themselves when representing Alignable and its Alignable Alliances.
5. Follows the Alliance Rules & Guidelines
6. Ambassadors act with honesty and professionalism by refraining from posting inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content on the Alignable platform and from using the Alignable services to transmit or make available in any way material that:
   • Falsely states or impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents your identity;
   • Is unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
   • Includes any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “direct sales,” or any other form of solicitation. This prohibition includes but is not limited to:
     • using Alignable to send unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without their permission; and
     • sending unsolicited promotional messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases;
7. Do not use the Alignable services, directly or indirectly, to set up or develop a network that seeks to implement practices that are similar to sales by network or the recruitment of independent home salespeople to the purposes of creating a pyramid scheme or other similar practices;
8. Do not sell, barter, or otherwise monetize an Alliance Group or any other Alignable service or functionality;
9. Do not collect, use, copy, or transfer any information, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable information obtained from Alignable members;
10. Do not use bots or other automated methods to access Alignable, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages, or perform other activities through Alignable.

2. Code of Conduct Violations

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a warning. Still, it can also lead to immediate enforcement measures, which may include the removal of the individual as an Ambassador or, in severe cases, removal from the platform altogether. Alignable reserves the right to amend these guidelines as they see fit to accommodate changes that may occur as the Alignable Alliance Program and platform expands.
