Continue to grow your Alliance

Once you have your Alliance started, build on the momentum. People are usually excited to be part of a start-up and like to support you so don’t be afraid to lean on your team and new attendees/members.

At the same time, Alignable is supporting you from behind the scenes. There are activities you might never see. For instance, a campaign that pops-up in the Alignable app with an invitation for members in your area asking them to join your Alliance. Or, when you create your Alliance event and use the “Local Alliance related post” toggle, your posts are immediately boosted and posted. As well as you have an increased local reach to additional areas, so use these to post, and post often, but with balance.

2. Engage with Good Posts

As mentioned above, starting discussions in your Alignable Alliance group and your Local Networking Group is very important. Posting 2x a week to 3x a week should suffice and eventually members will start to post their introductions and questions. This may take some time, stay positive and know that this will happen.
