DAY OF EVENT
Call presenter, verify time/venue/presentation
Arrive 30 min prior to Event
Set up room/venue (tables, chairs, check-in, name tags, pens)
Ensure wait staff is ready to take order asap if drink/food involved
Have bowl for business cards (if raffles)
Set up station to Greet new members/guests
Ambassador officially opens meeting, ask guests to be seated
Introduction of Ambassador, team members, the intro speaker (tool presenter or other)
For local presenter/business showcase, provide 20 min broken into 10 min presentation and 10 min Q&A
For presenting an event tool same timing. Spend approx. 20 min discussion tool (have a person that is familiar with the domain present it) and then move to other activities (open)
Take Event pictures
Ambassador thanks the presenter, opens floor for discussion, networking and socializing or further presentation topic discussion
Ambassador officially closes the meeting on time, announces time/date of next meeting.
Surveys automatically go out to scanned QR code attendees
AFTER EVENT
Post Event pictures in your local Alliance group, post under Home on Alignable, post under Home>My Network>Your City name Local Discussions, and mention @ attendees names if possible. Also post to other platforms you use.
Important: Follow up with new members in person, phone call, thank you email
