- [ ] Ensure wait staff is ready to take order asap if drink/food involved
- [ ] Have bowl for business cards (if raffles)
- [ ] Greet new members/guests
- [ ] Ambassador officially opens the event, ask guests to be seated
- [ ] Introduction of Ambassador, team members, the intro speaker (tool presenter or other)
- [ ] For local presenter/business showcase, provide 20 min broken into 10 min presentation and 10 min Q&A
- [ ] For presenting an event tool same timing. Spend approx. 20 min discussion tool (have a person that is familiar with the domain present it) and then move to other activities (open)
- [ ] Don’t forget to take pictures!
- [ ] Ambassador thanks the presenter, opens floor for discussion, networking and socializing
- [ ] Ambassador officially closes the meeting on time, announces time/date of next meeting.
