Although well intended, these long posts will not be read.

This might be the best stuff ever since sliced bread, however notice that even after this having been posted in a very large group, there is 1 Like/Comment after a week for one post, and none on the other, meaning there is no engagement.

This goes back to posting local, relevant content. Make it short, easy to read and ask a question to get the conversation started.
